  I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!  When I  sat down with Pat, I had a preliminary plan in mind for my new home.  Pat and I would get together a couple of times a week, and he would present me with ideas each time.  I loved all his ideas, and he made my home functional for me.   The layout for my home came together along with my input and Pat's ideas.  It is even better than I first imagined. 

  Once construction began I had attained services from  Interior Designer,

John Kazmir.  Pat worked alongside with John and made all of his suggestions and ideas become reality.  Pat and John gave me a unique home that I am very proud of.  It was nice to show up onsite, and ALWAYS see the site manager there.  if I ever had a concern, or question they were always there to take care of me.

   I wouldn't change a thing about my home or my builder.

Greg Hulse  (Kitchen Renovation)

  Firstly, I would like to thank the woman (Claudia) who recommended Carluccio Construction to help me out with my kitchen renovation.  Pat's design for my new kitchen amazed me!!! I never thought I could get such good use out of the limited space that I had available.  His ability to comprehend my ideas and make them come to fruition was outstanding. 

  With competitive pricing, great problem solving and a team that always had my best interests at heart, made this project go off without a hitch.  Living without a kitchen can be tough...  but Carluccio Construction and their team were able to follow the schedule set  and provide me with a kitchen that far exceeded my expectations.

  Thanks to all the trades that put in late hours and worked so meticulously in their workmanship to complete my project.  It's nice to have a job completed without any call backs!!!

  Thank you so much for all your help and hard work in being part of making my dream a reality.  I have had put a lot of thought and consideration into what I wanted out of a salon.  When I sat down with Pat to start the design, we were able to work together to come up with an amazing plan that suited every need that I requested.  

  Once construction began, Carluccio Construction worked efficiently and seemed to bend over backwards to make sure I was content.

   It was a such pleasure working with Carluccio Construction on our first project, Valvano Salon Spa, that we decided to attain their services when it came time to build our dream home.  Our project ran smoothly thanks to their amazing team of trades and site supervisors.  The design of our home is something to behold.  We absolutely love it! 

  Pat's ability to interpret whatever information we gave him and develop the plans for our house  was second to none.  We love the layout and the exterior of our home.  Thanks AGAIN for giving us exactly what we invisioned!
